BEST Black Malt eXtra is the darkest roasted malt in the BestMalz range.

It gives beer a black colour and, depending on the dose, notes from black coffee to strong espresso; the foam still stays pale.

Dosed at up to 5% of the grist. For Schwarzbier, Bock, Porter, strong beers and other very dark styles with an intense roasted character.
