Yops T1 Tropical Grapefruit is a liquid hop aroma made by yeast fermentation: grapefruit leads the profile, with tropical fruit and passion fruit.
It is dosed directly into finished beer, with no dry hopping and no waiting; the aroma is consistent batch after batch, and the individual Yops variants can be blended with each other. Start with 1 drop in 100 ml of beer, taste and fine-tune the dose; then scale up to the full batch.
