Yops Hoppy (H3) is a liquid hop aroma made by yeast fermentation. The profile leads with a floral-herbal note over a woody base.
It is dosed directly into finished beer, with no dry hopping and no waiting; the aroma is consistent batch after batch, and the individual Yops variants can be blended with each other. Start with 1 drop in 100 ml of beer, taste and fine-tune the dose; then scale up to the full batch.
