Triumph is an American variety bred as a Lager hop: its pedigree includes East Kent Goldings, Brewers Gold, Nugget and Hallertau Mittelfrüh.
The clear scent of orange, lime and peach is softer than in typical fruit varieties, yet robust enough for a wide range of styles.
Great for Lagers; it has also found its way into fruit-forward beers and IPA.
