Superdelic is a New Zealand variety with a playful profile of red fruit and sweet candy notes, joined by citrus and ripe mango.

It responds very well to biotransformation: dry hopping during active fermentation gets the most out of it. It works solo or alongside Citra, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.

Made for Hazy IPA and modern fruit-forward beers.
