Styrian Wolf is a Slovenian variety with an intensely fruity-floral profile: ripe strawberry and mango with passion fruit, citrus zest and notes of elderflower and violet.

A dual-purpose hop: it can cover the first hop addition and unfolds fully in the dry hop.

For modern IPA and Pale Ale.
