Southern Cross Hops (New Zealand)
Product detailed description
Southern Cross is a New Zealand dual-purpose variety: citrus and tropical fruit with lemon peel, lime, pine and spice.
Thanks to quality oils and a low cohumulone content, it gives a fine balance of citrus and spice at the end of the boil.
For Lagers and Pale Ale.
