Saaz Comfort is a new variety from the Žatec breeding programme, a cross of the Russian variety Serebrianka and Žatecký poloraný červeňák.

A typical fine hop aroma with a more intense, coarser bitterness and a pleasant lingering finish.

For the second and third hop additions in Lagers.
