Gaia is a Czech bittering variety (registered 2017) with a hoppy, spicy aroma. It was named after the Greek goddess of the Earth for its vigorous growth.

Its high alpha acid content makes it a natural choice for the first and second hop additions.

Excellent for Lagers.
