Product detailed description
Crisp Flaked Torrefied Rice is rice flakes made from torrefied rice. The starch is gelatinised, so they go straight into the mash.
They lighten the colour, lower the protein content and give beer a dry, clean finish; rice contains minimal gluten, so they also suit reduced-gluten beers.
Makes up to 25% of the grist. For light Lagers.
