Dark malt extract is concentrated wort from an infusion mash of Czech Pilsner-type, caramel, Munich and colouring malt and drinking water: a thick brown liquid, free of additives, preservatives, colourings and flavourings.
The aroma is malty-caramel; dry matter around 81%.
For brewing dark beers from extract and for adjusting the colour and flavour of a batch.
