CIP 076 is a New Zealand variety with an intensely sweet fruit profile: ripe peach with creamy vanilla and citrus.
High oil content and lower alpha make it a purely aromatic hop: on the hot side it lays a fruity base, and the dry hop develops tropical fruit.
From bold Hazy IPA to delicate Lagers.
