NZ Rhapzody Hops (CIP 014) (New Zealand)
Product detailed description
NZ Rhapzody (CIP 014) is a new hop variety from New Zealand with an intense tropical aroma: passion fruit and pineapple.
A very high content of thiol precursors makes it a great biotransformation hop: in beer it develops the character of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
For IPA, Hazy IPA, Pale Ale, Pilsner and Pacific Ale.
