Helios is an American high-alpha hop with a resinous profile joined by grapefruit, melon and soft floral spice.
A low cohumulone content means a smooth bitterness; use it at the start of the boil as well as in late additions and the dry hop of boldly hopped beers.
For IPA and stronger hop-forward styles.
