Product detailed description
BRU-1 is an American variety with a sweet fruit aroma dominated by fresh-cut pineapple, backed by green fruit.
It shows best in the whirlpool and the dry hop; in combinations it deepens the fruit character of the beer, and in some styles it helps stabilise haze.
Ideal for NEIPA, IPA, Session IPA and pale Lagers like IPL.
