Barbe Rouge is an aromatic hop that is usually only used in late boil additions, including dry hopping. It is an aromatic variety that is characterised by notes of citrus fruits and soft red berries. Kumquat, orange, lime, redcurrant, strawberry and raspberry are all represented in Barbe Rouge's fine aromatic attributes.
