Ingredients kit for homebrewers to make 25l of American Pale Ale according to the recipe by brewer Michal Nusko from Bubeneč Brewery.
A light, pale ale with a pronounced hop aroma. We used Mosaic hops for the boil, giving the beer a pleasant bitterness, and for dry hopping, we used a Cryopop hop blend, which imparts beautiful citrus and floral notes to the beer.

Dobrý den,
všiml jsem si, že Michal Nusko hovoří ve videu o kvasinkách Safale US-05 ale v kitu vidím Lallemand Bry-97. Má to nějaký konkrétní důvod? Čistota, méně zákalu a neutrální profil? Lze si případně říct o US-05 v rámci kitu?
