The homebrewing kit for making White Phantasy NEIPA, according to the recipe of the brewmaster of The Barn Beer brewery, Jana Ilgner.
The kit contains four carefully selected malts to create a rich base. The main ingredient in the beer, however, is the unique Cryo hops x Phantasm product. This is based on a combination of cryogenically treated hops and Phantasm powder, which is an extract from Sauvignon Blanc grapevines containing a large amount of bound thiols. The process is designed to extract the maximum amount of these bound thiols, which specific yeast strains can release, creating a wide range of strong fruity flavors, most notably passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, and black currant. The flavor profile is further enhanced by the unique complex HBC 630 hops, adding notes of sweet fruit, raspberries, peaches, and bananas.
